AHP's affiliate, the Capital Affordable Housing Funding Corp. (CAHFC) was founded in 1989 to pool low-cost mortgage lending capital with flexible underwriting criteria. The lending consortium has financed over $21 million in affordable low and moderate-income home purchase and rental project financing in conjunction with our many bank partners.

From time to time, CAHFC takes title to homes it previously held a mortgage on. Foreclosed CAHFC homes are typically listed for sale by real estate agents and are available for sale to the general public. Speak with your Realtor® for details about property available.
