Experience

Our organizations have more than 180 years of collective housing and community development experience and a broad menu of existing products and services in Albany, Schenectady and Rensselaer counties. We have worked with one another on a variety of programs and projects over the years, including neighborhood initiatives, homebuyer education, housing development, matched savings programs, home repair programs, innovative loan products, down-payment assistance and more.

Impact

In 2009 our organizations assisted 201 new homebuyers, primarily in Albany, Schenectady and Troy. Each year, we work more than 15 different mortgage lenders to secure affordable financing on roughly $24 million dollars annually in home purchases.
