AHP to Host Albany
Home Buyer Fair May 5th

Albany, NY – The 2007 Albany Home Buyer Fair will be held on Saturday May 5th at the Albany Public Library, 161 Washington Ave. from 10AM until 3PM. Admission is free and open to the public.

The event is hosted by the Affordable Housing Partnership (AHP). Event sponsors include the City of Albany, NBT Bank, Citizen’s Bank, HSBC Mortgage, M&T Bank, the Albany Housing Authority, Community Realty, Metroland and TimeWarner TV.

First-time homebuyers are encouraged to attend. Information tables include lenders, grant programs, home inspectors, Realtors® and nonprofits. Home buyer seminars and door prizes will be offered throughout the event. Click here for a complete list of exhibitors and directions to the library.
