“Rebuilding our community from the heart.”
Building on decades of work improving dis-invested Albany neighborhoods, the Albany Community Land Trust is using community-based strategies to prevent gun violence and to restore impacted communities. Funds from the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services are being used to support community programs, vacant lot beautification efforts, and to connect young people to good jobs, housing, education and other services to make our city safer and more unified.
