A COMMUNITY DRIVEN NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN
Sheridan Hollow community members and stakeholders have completed a neighborhood master plan and are working on implementation strategies.
FUNDING
The Sheridan Hollow Neighborhood Opportunity Plan was funded by the New York State Department of State Brownfield Opportunity Areas Program.
OPPORTUNITY AREA DESIGNATION
Based upon the Plan submissions, Sheridan Hollow has been designated a Brownfield Opportunity Area, a NYS designation that will attract additional resources to the neighborhood.
PREDEVELOPMENT STATUS
The neighborhood has an award of funds to complete an Energy Master Plan, design a redevelopment plan for the Sheridan Hillside, and advance specific housing and commercial redevelopment projects.
Finalized plans and projects will be linked here. These are documents prepared for the New York State Department of State with funds provided under the Brownfield Opportunity Areas Program.
