The Affordable Housing Partnership has a comprehensive Housing Counseling Agreement and Disclosure that we ask you to review and acknowledge. In brief it:

• Describes our code of ethics

• States you have freedom of choice to pursue programs we may describe or refer you to

• Authorizes AHP to pull your credit report

• Shares our privacy policy

• Discloses our fees

• Discloses agencies and companies we work with

The Disclosure has a fillable section for you to acknowledge that you have received, reviewed and agree to the AHP Program Disclosure. This can be uploaded to your customer portal or emailed to your housing advisor. Click on the link here: AHP Disclosure
